本方案是針對以無機材料為主體，生產包含無機免燒地板、腰線、踏步裝飾、該條生產線為煒達機電成熟配套生產線，包含從原材料粉料配比到產品深加工整條產線及其工藝要求。應用當前國際最先進技術，實現多次供給，同步壓制多種材料于一體的新型材料。關鍵設備有SZ1800立式攪拌機、SZ1500立式攪拌機SZ1200立式攪拌機、SZ1000立式攪拌機、搓料機、搓料壓片機布料皮帶機、壓片打散機、移動輥臺、聯接輥臺、壓制皮帶機壓板機、模板、立式固化箱、單工位縱移機械手等，整條生產線基本實現自動化操作。This scheme is aimed at by the inorganic material as the main body, products including inorganic no firing floor tiles, Waist line, Step decoration, this production line is Weida complete set of mature production line, including the raw material ratio of powder to the product of the whole production line and the art work requests. 壓制法生產人造無機板工藝流程介紹

各種物料經固定配方配比稱重，放入攪拌機攪拌，使成為混合料，混合料根據產品的花色、紋理不同需經過搓料、壓片、打散等工序，合格后由布料皮帶機稱重、布料，均勻分布在壓機模板上，經壓制皮帶機送入振動壓機抽真空，壓緊，達到所要求強度，經輥臺送到養護室進行初期養護，養護室要求有溫度和濕度控制，養護完成后在自動輥臺上卸下毛坯板，送入后期處理工序，模板再次布料重復使用。All kinds of material is fixed formula ratio of weighing, in a blender mixing, made by mixture, mix according to different product design and color, texture has been rolling material, pelleting and scattered, after qualified by the belt conveyor weighing, fabrics, uniform distribution on the compressor template, by suppressing belt conveyor into vibration compressor, vacuum pressure, to achieve the required strength, through roller to curing room for initial curing, curing room requires a temperature and humidity control, after completion of maintenance on the automatic roller table blank plate, into the post processing process, template material reuse again

3.5、搓料機material rolling machine：

3.6、搓料壓片機material rolling press piece machine：

3.7、布料皮帶機feeding material belt conveyor：

布料皮帶機是石英石生產線上布料位置的一個皮帶臺，把已經攪拌好的石英石材料直接倒在皮帶臺上，通過皮帶臺控制布料皮帶機移動到模具盤上，并把顯示屏的數據歸零，當布料皮帶機上的石英石材料倒在模具盤上，顯示屏會顯示負數，這個數值就是布料的重量，從而實現稱重布料。

3.8、壓片打散機rablet breaker：

壓片打散機是把攪拌好的石英石材料壓制成薄片，然后通過噴粉或噴漿等工藝，做成不同的花紋，再通過皮帶臺輸送，把石英石材料跌落到打散棒上，把石英石材料打散，達到所需要的工藝要求。通過壓片打散機上面的電機帶動滾筒轉動壓制材料，并且可以調節滾筒與皮帶臺之間的高度，從而改變石英石薄片的厚度。
